Bah Career Training & Testing Center

Ms./Mrs. Angela always assists me when I take my tests there. She is very patient, professional, polite, and understanding. I’ve seen situations where individuals may have come to take a test but had been rude or disrespectful and Ms./Mrs. Angela still assisted them in a positive and professional manner. We need more people like her.

I took the phlebotomy class at BAH with Brittany and I had a great learning experience here. The class is not too big which I love. Trying anything new will make you kinda nervous. Brittany will make sure you get all the information and resources for you to pass the exam & get certified. The school offers other training programs also. Thomas is a real cool guy too.

My employee went to this location to take the ICC General Requirements exam. The proctor did not allow the tester to bring the study book into the test room when the test began. It wasn't until 15 minutes had passed that the proctor realized his mistake. This cost the tester 15 minutes and prevented them from finishing the exam. I feel the center should either refund the exam cost or allow the tester to retake the exam at no cost and without any impediment. I have left a message with the center and hope to get a callback.

Took a 3.5-h exam at this location, quite different experience from my first 4-h at the Pearson Professional Center the first time. The host Thomas was friendly and explained everything and answered all my questions. No clothing restricions as the PPC in Dallas! Pros: • convenient location and parking • small location, test room and bathroom next to each other, no long hallways (which reduces your break time) • more relaxed environment - no "airport" type of search before entering exam room • room temperature adequate, not cold like PPC, there is a fan in the room. • actual calculator provided (much faster than using the test integrated calculator, came handy when time is everything) • quiet environment, since this a neighborhood setting. Cons: • the plastic non-adjustable hard chairs in the exam room was a bit uncomfortable when you have to sit through a long exam. (Thomas did help to look for a different chair for me :) • a water machine would have been nice, I brought my own water bottle which I was allowed to use during break. Drinking water at the break definintely helped you to "reset". I am glad small test centers like this exist, definitely made me feel less stressed ins
